If you're in Mexico City, you can pick up your order directly at the bazaars we host every weekend.
Just send us a message before placing your order to arrange personal delivery, according to our schedule.
The average delivery time is 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
We choose the best shipping option based on your location and needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your total purchase and address.
If you prefer a specific shipping option, you can select it from the available options at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or if your address is located in an extended area.
Standard shipping: $130 MXN to all of Mexico.
Free shipping on purchases over $599 MXN.
International shipping: Available upon special request. Please contact us if you would like to receive your order outside of Mexico.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
When your package is ready, we will send you an additional email with the tracking number and link.
The courier company may contact you by email or phone to coordinate delivery.
Check your inbox and spam folders to make sure you don't miss any details.
After confirming your order, it's not possible to change the delivery address.
If the information was entered incorrectly and the package is returned, you can choose between:
Reshipping of the package, covering the shipping cost again ($130 MXN).
Order refund, minus the logistics cost of the first shipment.
If your purchase had free shipping, a discount equivalent to the actual shipping costs will be applied.
Remember that you can check the status of your shipment at any time using the tracking number we sent you.
We pack each piece with special care. However, if your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we're here to help.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
If this happens longer, we cannot guarantee an exchange or replacement.
Depending on the case:
We will refund the amount corresponding to missing or incorrect parts to your original payment method.
In case of a damaged part, we will review your evidence (photo or video) and offer you the best available solution.
