🤩 How do I make a purchase?

It's very simple, just follow the steps below to get your Moonsi miniature soon.

1. Choose the product you want to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button.
2. You can continue adding other products to your cart, and when you're satisfied, click "Start Checkout"
3. Complete your contact information, select your preferred shipping method, and enter the address where you want to receive the product. Then click "Continue"
4. Choose and manage your preferred payment method.
5. Review and confirm all purchase information: details, shipping, and payments.
6. After confirming, you'll receive an email from us. And that's it!

Once we receive payment and have everything ready for shipping, we'll send you your tracking number and order confirmation.

💚 How do I care for my origami earrings?

Caring for them is very easy:

• Store them in a dry place.
• Avoid bending or crushing them.
• Clean them with a soft cloth if necessary.

👂 If my ears are sensitive, do you carry hypoallergenic options?

Of course! Our earrings are created on metal backings, but almost all of our styles are available in a hypoallergenic version (transparent plastic supports). Just choose! We want you to enjoy your earrings worry-free.

🪴Do you use resin?

Resin has become very popular, we know! But we're not convinced by its curing process, environmental impact, and potential toxic effects on the health of artisans and customers. That's why at Moonsi, we use a user-friendly varnish that protects, enhances, and cares for your miniature safely.

🎨 Can I make a custom order?

Yes! We love bringing new ideas to life. You can request anything from minor changes to our designs to unique creations. Just send us a message via email or WhatsApp and we'll explore the possibilities together.
